I had a wonderful experience with Dr Vienna Chan. She was caring, professional, and incredibly attentive. Dr Chan took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything in detail, and made sure I felt comfortable and reassured. She also provided clear medical advice and the necessary documentation I needed for my studies, which was a huge help during a stressful time. I visited the clinic today and was really impressed. The staff were so friendly, and the service was outstanding. Dr Bitlan is extremely caring and patient — I felt well looked after the whole time. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Really excellent and quick service. I presented with symptoms of bacterial bronchitis and did a virtual appointment. I was with Dr Karina Lim, who was very nice and knew what to do straight away. I also managed to get referrals to specialists in diabetes at the same appointment (I just moved here and needed to get them done at some point anyway). Would highly recommend Sydney Doctors.

I recently visited this clinic for an iron infusion and was so impressed with the care I received. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and kindness. A special mention goes to Grace, the nurse who looked after me. She was absolutely lovely and so reassuring throughout the whole process.

As a foreigner it is not easy to find a doctor when you suddenly need one. I was more than lucky to pick this place. I got an appointement the same morning, all the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a good atmosphere. The doctor was pleasant, competent and helped me immediately. I do really recommend

Dr Carr is such a great doctor. She reviewed my overall health status including recent checkups with specialists and sent referrals to see several more specialists and Pathology requests. I feel very confidant that she covered everything in one appointment.
